Job summary

B&B Theatres in North Richland Hills, TX is seeking a part-time frontliner to support concession and box office operations. You will greet guests, handle transactions, and ensure a friendly, clean theatre environment.

This role requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering a magical guest experience. Training includes safety, customer service, and POS operations to support a memorable movie experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willing to obtain R-Serving, Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications as required; company pays for certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and make them feel welcome.
• Operate POS for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise sales.
• Prepare and serve concession items following safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms and concession areas.
• Monitor auditorium conditions for guest safety and comfort.
• Assist with ushering duties and ticket scanning; enforce policies.
• Open/close procedures and restock supplies as directed.
