Pasta Design LLC is seeking a part-time Line Cook in San Diego, CA. You will prepare and cook fresh pasta dishes in a fast-paced, counter-service setting, following established recipes and quality standards. This role requires reliable, punctual team players who can work efficiently and maintain high food quality.

Qualifications

• Must have line cook experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible.
• Able to follow recipes and food preparation procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh pasta dishes to order in a fast-paced, counter-service environment.
• Prepare, measure, and portion ingredients, sauces, and other food items for daily service.
• Assemble and plate orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen throughout the shift.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and assigned areas at shift end.
• Follow food safety procedures, including proper handling, storage, and temperature control.
• Restock ingredients and keep the kitchen prepared for service.
• Work efficiently with the team to ensure fast service and consistent food quality.
