Pasta Night is seeking an experienced Line Cook for a full-time role in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Immediate start. Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years as a line cook, ability to work efficiently, strong teamwork, communication, and organization. Italian cuisine experience is a major plus, and you should be comfortable in a Spanish-speaking BOH.
