Job summary

TownePlace Suites BWI in Linthicum Heights, MD is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team. You will keep guest suites and building systems in good working order through routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.

The role requires experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, carpentry and basic HVAC knowledge. Schedule is evenings 3pm-11pm with rotating weekends; pay ranges from $16 to $19 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, carpentry and basic HVAC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest suites and building systems with routine repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Assist Chief Engineer and other team members as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and proper emergency procedures are followed.
