The Maintenance Engineer will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments, ensuring building systems run smoothly and guest rooms and facilities meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep machines and systems running efficiently.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related equipment.
• Inspect and refurbish hotel fixtures and building components.
• Respond courteously to guest questions and maintenance requests.
• Operate heavy machinery and use hand/power tools safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Document maintenance activities and complete work orders.
• Attend training and meetings as required.
