Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members to provide nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities. You will work evenings Sunday through Thursday and use a company app to log time and activities, while maintaining safety and courtesy to residents.

No prior experience is required as training is provided, and you will join a growing company known for reliability and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters or chutes rooms.
• Perform additional services at assigned communities, including porter service, bulk item hauling, and pressure washing as needed.
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure an efficient workflow.
