Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Texas driver's license with clean driving record is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in crisis/residential care or related behavioral health settings.
• Living with a mental health or substance use condition is acceptable for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support to clients undergoing stabilization with therapeutic interventions.
• Assist with treatment planning and goal setting using lived experience.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to meet program requirements and ensure continuity of care.
