Job summary

Integral Care seeks a Mental Health Licensed Therapist (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) for the Crisis unit in the Austin, Texas area. The role is an evening LPHA on a short-term residential unit, focusing on crisis stabilization, relapse prevention, and continuity of care for adults with behavioral health or substance use challenges.

Responsibilities include clinical staffing support, care coordination, and treatment planning within a multidisciplinary team under residential leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field
• LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT license required
• Driver's license in good standing required
• At least 1 year of crisis residential care/behavioral health experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support for clinicians and clients on crisis stabilization with therapeutic interventions
• Assist with clinical staffing and coordination of daily client care and treatment planning
• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure program compliance and quality service delivery
• Engage with community services to promote linkage and continuity of care
