Job summary

Integral Care in Travis County, Texas, is seeking a part-time Crisis Residential Caseworker Assistant to assist, observe and supervise residents, support daily care routines, and help with safety checks and engagement in programming. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Preferred experience working with adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Assist, observe and supervise residents to maintain safety and provide care.
• Perform rehabilitative direct client-care tasks and support daily routines.
• Foster positive interactions, engage residents in programming, and assist in crisis de-escalation.
• Work under supervision within a therapeutic care environment and respond to crisis as needed.
