Job summary

National Church Residences seeks a NonCNA/NonSTNA for part-time evening shifts to provide direct care to residents in a senior living setting. Under the supervision of the Charge Nurse, you will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and support daily operations to promote residents' highest level of function.

You will contribute to a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment, adhering to facility policies, HIPAA, and infection control protocols while communicating

Qualifications

• Requires good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and mobility.
• Respond to call lights promptly and professionally.
• Assist with measuring and recording vitals and other documentation.
• Support with meals, feeding, and post-meal care.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and living areas.
