Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a NonCNA/NonSTNA to provide direct resident care in a Senior Living setting. Under the supervision of the Charge Nurse, you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and support a safe, respectful environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professional communication, and adherence to facility policies. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior caregiving experience valued.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled in a program to achieve preferred education.
• Experience: Two to four years preferred.
• Mental: Must have good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Skills: Must have working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and World Wide Web.
• Licensure: N/A

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, mobility and other ADLs.
• Record vitals, weights, measures and documentations as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and assist with meals and post‑meal care.
