Responsibilities

• Maintain nursing staffing schedule and update master schedules.
• Communicate schedule changes to DHS and post daily schedules.
• Prepare attendance/tardiness reports and assist with disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate administrative functions including payroll and education tracking.
• Assist with new hire paperwork and interview scheduling.
