Qualifications

• Active Utah Escrow Officer License in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of combined title examination and escrow closing experience.
• Experience handling residential real estate transactions from opening through closing.
• Knowledge of escrow funding, settlement statements, and trust accounts.
• Ability to meet Utah licensing affiliation requirements (max two companies).
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential escrow transactions from opening through closing.
• Prepare and review settlement statements for accuracy.
• Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, title staff, and others to facilitate closings.
• Process escrow disbursements, wire transfers, and trust account transactions.
• Ensure funding conditions and closing requirements are met prior to disbursement.
• Maintain accurate transaction files and supporting documentation.
• Assist with escrow account reconciliations and audit requests.
• Follow all federal, state, and company compliance requirements.
• Adhere to fraud prevention procedures, including wire verification.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
