You will resolve title issues, handle lien scenarios, and maintain precise paperwork to meet deadlines while delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in an independent escrow company.
• DFPI clearance is preferred.
• Experience with escrow software like QUALIA or RBJ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• As escrow officer, open new escrows, coordinate with lenders and title companies.
• Ensure timely closings for residential, commercial, or refinance transactions.
• Resolve title issues and lien scenarios to keep deals on track.
• Maintain accurate documentation and close checklists to ensure compliance.
