Job summary

Goldfish Swim School in Minnesota is seeking a friendly Front Desk and Sales Associate to welcome families, guide enrollment, and handle daily front desk duties. You’ll be the first contact for prospective members and act as a positive, solution‑oriented ambassador.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and availability for evenings and weekends. CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are required through Goldfish Swim School, and training on our systems will be provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly, driven front desk role with attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service or administrative work preferred.
• Basic computer skills; CPR, First Aid and AED certifications required.
• Evening and weekend availability; training on company systems provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and families at check‑in and make them feel welcomed.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and conduct outbound sales calls.
• Guide families through enrollment using sales and customer service skills.
• Handle customer concerns professionally with a solution‑driven approach.
• Assist families with merchandise and vending purchases.
• Make calls to resolve open account issues with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk, snack area, and lobby.
• Enforce safety rules and administer first aid when necessary.
