Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Enrollment Services, Admissions, or related student-support role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management.
• Experience using a Student Information System (PeopleSoft/Banner/Navigate) or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage at Welcome Center kiosks and service platforms; assist with application, onboarding, registration and basic financial-aid guidance.
• Refer students to Counseling, Advising, and other student-support services; conduct timely outreach via email, text, and phone.
