You will support admissions tasks, navigate enrollment processes, maintain student records, and ensure a coordinated, student-centered experience.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate’s degree and 1–2 years in a high-volume call center or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students, current students, families, and community members.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, text, chat, email, and other channels.
• Identify needs, provide accurate information, and resolve inquiries at first contact when possible.
• Document interactions and next steps in College systems and follow up as needed.
• Assist with admissions-related tasks, including applications and enrollment documents.
