Job summary

Davidson-Davie Community College is seeking a College Admissions Specialist to provide a welcoming, accessible enrollment experience for prospective and newly admitted students. You will serve as the initial contact, guide applicants through the One Front Door processes, and connect students to appropriate offices while documenting interactions in the college CRM.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Enrollment Strategy & Services, you will assist with admissions applications, residency

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• One to two years of experience in admissions, enrollment services, student services, workforce development, customer service, case management, or a related area.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service; explain enrollment procedures and services.
• Assist students with accessing and completing the One Application and enrollment forms.
• Support students through residency determination and enrollment processes.
• Document student interactions and progress in the College’s CRM system (Slate).
• Coordinate warm handoffs to college departments and ensure timely follow-up with students.
