Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or employees by carrying out site‑specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen individuals and belongings in accordance with site procedures, reporting prohibited items, irregularities, and/or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and help maintain orderly entry and exit flow at the food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and the perimeter, observing and reporting security‑related concerns.
