Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports EL Teachers by maintaining school-based LIEP instructional schedule/service delivery for ELs.
• Works with principals and classroom teachers to align learner objectives with curricula and diverse EL needs.
• Participates with the school MTSS team to optimize instructional decisions for ELs.
• Implements instructional strategies and accommodations for EL students and teachers.
• Coordinates conferences between teachers, parents, and liaisons as needed.
• Familiar with EL policy and procedures through formal/informal training.
• Facilitates communications between EL students’ schools and homes to engage parents.
