Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Valid North Carolina educator license.
• Minimum of three years of successful educational experience.
• Experience using student achievement and intervention data to inform decision-making.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EL identification, placement, and annual review processes.
• Monitor EL student service delivery and documentation.
• Maintain EL records and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure accommodations and instructional supports.
• Provide language development and literacy support for multilingual learners.
• Engage families and coordinate translation/interpretation services as needed.
• Provide training related to EL processes and requirements.
