SPIFFY is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to lead caregiver engagement, support youth leadership, and build community partnerships in Hampshire County. The role emphasizes applying equity principles and collaborating with diverse families.

The position is part-time (15–19 hours/week) with flexible daytime hours and occasional evening/weekend meetings, requiring local travel within the county. Prior experience in public health-driven coalition work and bilingual engagement is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in public health, social work, or public policy.
• Up to 5 years in coalition-building or community organizing.
• Willingness to travel locally within Hampshire County.
