Responsibilities

• Work directly with employers to place participants in positions matching their abilities.
• Build partnerships with local businesses to create employment opportunities.
• Develop community worksites and prepare meetings and training sessions.
• Advocate for participants with families, case managers, and service providers.
• Occasionally transport participants to work and teach transit and safety skills.
