The opportunity described is a 12-month on-site paralegal engagement focused on employment litigation matters. The role starts at 20 hours per week, with a 4–5 day schedule in Chandler, Arizona or Hillsboro, Oregon, and compensation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in employment litigation.
• Available to work on-site 4–5 days per week in Chandler, AZ or Hillsboro, OR.
• W-2 employment through a workforce solutions company for the duration.

Responsibilities

• Support employment litigation matters, including case management and deadlines.
• Assist with discovery, including document collection, review, and production.
• Prepare and organize pleadings, exhibits, and deposition/hearing materials.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.
