Job summary

JURISolutions Legal (JSL) seeks an experienced Labor & Employment Paralegal for a 12-month, part-time engagement in Chandler, AZ. The role supports compliance and employment-law matters, litigation, and workplace investigations.

The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with document preparation, subpoena and discovery responses, and legal research, while gathering and summarizing information to support case strategy. Bachelor’s degree is required; ABA paralegal certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting attorneys with preparation of legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with preparation of legal documents, subpoena responses, and discovery responses.
• Support litigation and workplace investigations.
• Conduct legal research and gather, analyze, and summarize information to support litigation and investigations.
• Manage discovery and information requests by collecting, organizing, and producing documents and data.
