About the Opportunity

A Global Semiconductor and Technology Company is looking for a paralegal with 3+ years of employment litigation experience for a 12-month on-site engagement, with the potential to extend.

The paralegal will support the company's in-house legal team on employment litigation matters. The role starts at 20 hours per week, spread across 4-5 days on a consistent daily schedule within standard business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), at the company's Chandler, AZ or Hillsboro, OR campus.

Responsibilities

• Support employment litigation matters, including case management and tracking deadlines
• Assist with discovery, including document collection, review, and production
• Prepare and organize pleadings, exhibits, and deposition/hearing materials
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of paralegal experience in employment litigation (a background in employment investigations or HR work may count toward part of this)
• Ability to work on-site 4-5 days per week in Chandler, AZ or Hillsboro, OR

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting an in-house legal department
• Experience with employment investigations or HR processes
• Location: On-site in Chandler, Arizona or Hillsboro, Oregon
• Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week across 4-5 days, within 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Duration: 12 months, with potential extension
• Compensation: $40 - $50 per hour, flexible based on experience

Required:

• Amenable to W-2 employment through a workforce solutions company for the duration of the engagement
• Able to clear conflicts and act adverse to AMD, Qualcomm, and NVIDIA
