Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to coordinate patient care, oversee staff, and manage departmental operations in an emergency care setting.

This role requires an RN license with a nursing degree; 2–5 years of nursing experience and supervisory exposure are expected, with Bachelor’s degree preferred. You will lead staffing, budgeting, schedules, and quality initiatives while delivering compassionate, age-appropriate care.

Qualifications

• RN license required with Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2–5 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience a plus.
• Experience leading teams in emergency or critical care settings.

The position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing departmental operations in an emergency care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including hiring, training, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development.
• Assist in developing departmental staffing, revenue, and expense budgets, ensuring goals are met despite changing business needs.
• Provide and oversee patient care tailored to age and developmental needs, creating collaborative care plans based on assessments and treatments.
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and communication, including conducting performance reviews, issuing corrective actions, and ensuring operational productivity.
• Ensure staff productivity aligns with departmental goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Preferred: 5-10 years of experience, less than 2 years of supervisory experience, and team lead or emergency medicine background.
