This is a part-time JOB SHARE (two days per week) Elementary Office Aide which falls under the Support Staff contract. This position will tentatively August 24, 2026. NOTE: We will review internal candidates prior to reviewing external candidates who apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include daily attendance support to Principal, Assistant Principal, and Building Secretary. Some management of day‑to‑day office/school functions and the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders in both written and oral form, as well as other responsibilities as assigned.

The Palmyra Area School District is seeking an anticipated attendance office aide for Lingle Avenue Elementary (K-5.) This position works approximately 90‑days+ per school year on Thursdays and Fridays. Our attendance office aide will have the ability to function independently and cooperatively in an ever changing, fast paced environment. Working as a collaborative team member in our main office is essential. Advanced secretarial and computer skills are required, with knowledge of computer applications including but not limited to: Microsoft Office, PowerSchool, Outlook, and Google Applications. Excellent organizational skills are required with attention to deadlines.Candidates must maintain confidentiality and have the ability to cooperatively work with administration, staff, students, and families.
