Job summary

Right At School is seeking educators to inspire a love of learning and support schools. The role schedules before and after school care, September through August live training, and on-site hours, including 6:00am-9:00am and 2:30pm-6pm.

You will deliver engaging curriculum, maintain safety and guide students in academics and activities. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, team spirit, and experience with children; must be 18+ with a high school diploma and be able to lift 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Experience working with children under 13 in a group setting is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and healthy living.
• Meet state-specific requirements: LIVE Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate with TB test.

Responsibilities

• Organize program materials for lessons and activities, document attendance and incidents.
• Deliver daily curriculum to engage children and expand school day learning.
• Model positive guidance and classroom management to ensure safety and well-being while supporting homework and guiding play.
• Excellent communication with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
• Meet regularly with Program Manager for progress and accountability.
