lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our retail store. Educators engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and authentically speak about our community and culture, helping guests find the right gear for yoga, running, or training.

You will move on the sales floor, restock, execute omnichannel programs, and collaborate with teammates to create an inclusive, energetic, and safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests to deliver world-class customer service.
• Explain product education and benefits to guests.
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and restock as needed.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and transactions.
