lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences and expert product education in our retail stores. You will engage with guests, assess needs, and guide them through purchases and returns while promoting omnichannel options and store programs.

Ideal candidates are energized by customer service, can move dynamically on the floor, and collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest experiences and store operations.

Qualifications

• Guest experience focus and ability to engage with customers
• Ability to educate customers on product features and benefits
• Familiarity with omnichannel sales tools and programs
• Collaborative teamwork to support store operations
• Comfort moving on the sales floor to assist guests
