Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Learning Facilitator with leadership experience in MTSS/assessment to deliver web-based or onsite training and professional development. This role requires strong written and verbal communication and proven adult-learning facilitation skills, with extensive travel during peak season (July–October).

The ideal candidate has a master’s in educational leadership or related field, plus relevant K-12 assessment administration experience and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational leadership or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with five years of admin/interpretation of preK-12 assessment instruments experience.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats.
• Test administration and scoring experience with K-12 benchmark measures.
• Direct experience using listed educational assessment tools is preferred.
• Expertise in using educational technologies and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers onsite or web-based (60%).
• Collaborate with Pearson internal team on product releases and training updates (15%).
• Plan and travel independently (15%).
• Work with customers to determine training needs and tailor sessions (10%).
