Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Senior Educational Consulting Administrator to deliver training to educators, both onsite and web-based, with strong MTSS and assessment implementation experience. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, and proven adult-learning facilitation skills.

The ideal candidate will partner with school leaders to support data-based decision making and intentional teaming, with extensive travel during peak season (August–October).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational leadership or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with five years of admin/assessment experience.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats.
• Test administration and scoring experience with preK-12 measures.
• Experience with aimswebPlus, DRA3, WriteToLearn, Review360, BASC-3 BESS, SSIS SEL, or Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen preferred.
• Expertise using educational technologies and interpreting student data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers onsite or online.
• Collaborate with Pearson internal teams to stay current on product releases.
• Plan and travel independently as required.
• Work with customers to assess training needs and tailor sessions.
