Job summary

The CRVA's NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Education Associate to enhance guests' learning experiences through hands-on activities, on-site or virtual. You will facilitate youth programs, assist with events, and support administrative tasks while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing in science or education.
• At least one year of experience with children/youth.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with groups in person or virtual.
• Knowledge of NASCAR and motorsports is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate children and youth programs on-site, virtually or off-site.
• Facilitate public programs for visitors and families.
• Prepare materials and supplies for each activity.
• Inventory and material management support.
• Office/data entry or emails as needed.
• Assist with running floor interactives and events.
• 24 hours per month, including some evenings, weekends, or holidays.
