CRVA is seeking an Exhibits Manager for the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee production, installation, and maintenance of exhibits, coordinating with Operations, Events, Marketing and Communications to deliver engaging guest experiences on schedule and within budget.

The role requires leading multiple high‑profile projects, strong project management, and a background in history/technology exhibitions. On-site position with growth opportunities and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Museum Studies preferred; 10+ years in a museum/science center or similar setting.
• Experience developing exhibits from concept to completion with strong project management.
• Experience transforming content into guest experiences across history/technology exhibitions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Collaborates across curators, educators and collections managers.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Museum staff to organize exhibit content as part of the development team.
• Develop exhibits from conception to completion with project plans and milestones.
• Create realistic schedules for execution of multiple exhibits.
• Coordinate designs and prototypes with internal partners and external vendors.
• Track exhibit refresh needs and govern content through production phases.
• Coordinate with Operations & Guest Services on maintenance.
• Drive budgets and monitor exhibit expenses.
• Prepare progress reports on exhibition development.
