Qualifications

• BLS required by the last day of the month after 90 day grace period.
• EMT Basic, CNA2, or paramedic preferred within last two years.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes positive customer relations with internal and external customers.
• Completes assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Assists ED providers and/or private physicians with procedures and treatments as requested.
• Coordinates patient care with professional support staff.
• Performs delegated patient care tasks as assigned by RN and physician.
• Monitors patient vital signs and notifies RN/physician if they change.
• Participates in continuing education and staff meetings.
• Maintains department cleanliness and stocking of supplies.
