Job summary

The Montessori Academy of Colorado is seeking a Part-Time ECE After School Assistant to support children ages 2–6 in our after-school program in Denver. The role focuses on structured and unstructured activities, safety, and a caring, engaging environment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, typically 3:00/3:30pm–5:30pm. Applicants should have a relevant degree or credential and demonstrate strong communication, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with the listed degrees or credentials.
• CPR/First Aid certifications are a plus.
• Experience with young children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 2–6 in after-school activities.
• Engage children with structured and unstructured play.
• Help maintain a clean, orderly environment inside and outside.
• Collaborate with staff to follow the After School Coordinators' directions.
