Job summary

FedEx is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily sortation operations and staff, champion the Safety Above All culture, and ensure compliance with FedEx policies and regulatory requirements. The role includes coaching, performance evaluation, and coordinating with linehaul as applicable.

This position supports a part-time early shift (4am-9am) with opportunities to mentor and develop team members within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six (6) months experience in a related role or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Champions FedEx Safety Above All culture and initiatives.
• Manages daily operations and assigns staff for safe, efficient sortation.
• Mentors and develops Operations Supervisors and staff.
• Leads meetings and coordinates with other departments such as linehaul.
