Qualifications

• Non-licensed tutors: associate degree or 2 years of study (48 semester hours/72 quarter hours).
• Licensed tutors: MA state license recognized.
• Tutors must complete FBI/BCI background check.
• Teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose learning skill deficits and deliver prescribed instructional methods.
• Consult with school personnel to coordinate services for students.
• Communicate progress with parents and conferences.
• Deliver instructional methods per Company directives.
• Attend training and deliver strategies in reading, math, and writing.
• Develop individualized lesson plans.
• Supervise students and ensure safety during sessions.
• Maintain student forms and files as required.
• Attend meetings with Supervisors, teachers, principals and parents.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
