Job summary

Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, seeks an Early Literacy Tutor in Worcester, MA. The role is part-time, Monday through Thursday, 1:45pm–2:15pm, delivering reading, mathematics, and writing support using our proven curriculum.

You'll diagnose skill gaps, work with school staff, and report progress to parents while following company-designed materials. Competitive pay: USD 35.00–36.00 per hour, with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 48 semester hours completed at an accredited college.
• MA teacher credentials recognized by the State of MA.
• Must complete FBI/BCI background check.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Belief that all children can learn.
• Ability to navigate online platforms for records.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose skill deficits and deliver prescribed instructional methods.
• Consult with school personnel to coordinate services.
• Communicate progress to parents and guardians.
• Deliver prescribed instructional methods as determined by the Company.
• Attend training and implement designated strategies.
• Develop individualized lesson plans.
• Supervise students during sessions.
• Maintain student forms and files as required.
• Attend meetings with supervisors, teachers, and parents.
• Maintain inventory of educational materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
