Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, seeks an Early Literacy Tutor for Worcester, MA. This part-time position provides contracted instructional services in reading, math, and writing at partner schools, with sessions 1:45pm–2:15pm, Monday through Thursday.

You will diagnose skill deficits, consult with school staff, communicate student progress to parents, and deliver prescribed lessons using company materials.

Qualifications

• Non-licensed tutors: associate degree or two years of college (48 sem hrs / 72 quarter hrs).
• Licensed tutors: MA teaching credentials recognized by the State of MA.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose learning skill deficits and deliver prescribed instructional methods.
• Consult with school personnel to coordinate services for students.
• Communicate and conference with parents on student progress.
• Deliver prescribed instructional methods per Company guidelines.
• Attend training and implement designated instructional models in reading, math, and writing.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Supervise students during sessions and ensure safe transitions.
• Maintain student forms/files per regulations and Company policy.
• Attend meetings with Supervisors, teachers, principals, and parents.
• Maintain inventory of educational materials and supplies.
