Qualifications

• Non-licensed tutors: associate degree or ≥48 semester hours (72 quarter hours).
• Licensed tutors: MA licensed teacher credentials recognized by MA.
• Background check: FBI/BCI required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose learning skill deficits and deliver prescribed instructional methods.
• Consult with school personnel to coordinate services for students.
• Communicate with parents about student progress.
• Deliver prescribed instructional methods as determined by the Company.
• Attend trainings and deliver instructional models in reading, math, and/or writing.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans aligned to student needs.
• Ensure supervision of students during sessions.
• Maintain student forms and files as required by regulations.
• Attend and document meetings with Supervisors, teachers, principals, and parents.
