Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced mental health professional to deliver EAP counseling and crisis support within a workplace setting. The role involves short-term individual counseling, risk assessments, and leadership consultations, with in-person 24-hour weekly on-site hours across three days.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a mental health discipline or psychology, the highest independent clinical license (LPC/LCSW), and at least 5 years of post-graduate experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline or doctorate in psychology.
• Highest independent clinical license to practice (LPC, LCSW).
• At least 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
• Experience in work-related issues at an employer’s worksite.
• Experience with crisis management, substance use, and psychiatric treatment.
• Demonstrated experience consulting with management in organizations.
• Ability to work part-time in-person schedule: 24 hours/week, 3 days/week onsite.
• CEAP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual short-term counseling for employees through EAP appointments.
• Provide in-person or telehealth short-term one-on-one counseling.
• Conduct in-person and telephonic risk assessments for employees in crisis.
• Provide critical incident debriefings when indicated.
• Address inquiries about program benefits and connect employees with resources.
• Participate in mental health-promoting activities.
• Present training and lunch-and-learns on behavioral health issues.
• Provide leadership consultations and workplace behavioral-health support.
• Support strategy related to program service-delivery satisfaction.
• Provide CCBT and coaching.
• Attend and promote the program at health fair events.
• Present at ad hoc educational events during regularly scheduled hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
