Job summary

Biltmore Shop is seeking an E-Commerce Sales Associate to support a world-class online shopping experience. You will assist with order processing, data entry, and documentation, coordinating with Marketing, Fulfillment and Guest Services to ensure timely, accurate guest orders.

The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn Shopify, Salesforce, and various retail systems. Flexible 20–29 hours per week with starting pay around $17.09/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or guest service preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn Biltmore systems.

Responsibilities

• Support e-commerce operations and order processing to ensure accurate orders.
• Maintain product information and e-commerce data for a consistent online guest experience.
• Track and update the status of e-commerce orders; communicate delays to guests.
• Enter phone and shop orders to meet wine compliance and tax reporting deadlines.
• Assist with data entry and coordination for retail, e-commerce, and fulfillment teams.
