Responsibilities

• Evaluate merchandise value and set pricing using online research.
• Write item descriptions and photograph merchandise; upload photos.
• Post descriptions and photos to shopgoodwill.com and other marketplaces.
• Process orders: pull from inventory, pack, and ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
• Maintain organized inventory and ensure daily shipments are completed.
• Provide customer service and respond to emails within 24 hours.
