• Demonstrate urgency to meet performance metrics.
• Report discrepancies to E-Commerce Manager to support inventory accuracy.

• Follow safety protocols and attend monthly safety meetings.

Position summary:

The E-Commerce Shipping Associate is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping merchandise sold through ecommerce platforms, particularly shopgoodwill.com. The role ensures items are shipped accurately, timely, and in excellent condition, while upholding customer service standards. Position will also complete all duties assigned by the E-Commerce Manager or other Leadership Team Members, including the responsibilities shown below.

Essential functions:
