Job summary

Goody Goody is seeking a Part-Time Retail Associate to help create an exceptional customer experience. You will assist guests with product selection, process sales, and maintain store standards while supporting daily operations.

You will stock shelves, learn the POS system, and participate in merchandising and promotions. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, count, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic understanding of customer service and sales principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to learn and efficiently operate a POS system.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking every customer.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently assist with selections and recommendations.
• Support sales through featured promotions and initiatives.
• Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions.
• Stock shelves, receive and organize inventory, and assist with merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance.
• Follow all safety, operational, and loss-prevention procedures at all times.
