Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking Part-Time 1st Shift Direct Support Professionals to work in our Riverton, UT residential programs. The role provides assistance and supervision to promote daily living, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits.

Responsibilities include helping clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, driving and accompanying to appointments, activities and outings; must be comfortable with medically complex and behaviorally challenged clients; high

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

• This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients' success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits.
