Job summary

Collage-Rehabilitation-Partners in Riverton, UT, is seeking Part-Time Direct Support Professionals for the 3rd shift (11pm–7am). This role supports adults with brain injuries in residential programs, providing assistance with daily living, therapies, and transportation to appointments.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote clients’ daily living, recreational, and vocational activities.
• Assist clients with personal care, therapies, and accompany them to appointments and outings.
• Work with medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients.

For more than 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Hourly Rate: $18 per hour

Shift: 11pm-7am

*Must have availability to work a consistent weekend day
