Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking PRN Direct Support Professionals to work in our Riverton, UT residential programs. This role provides minimum to maximum assistance and supervision to promote clients’ daily living skills, therapies, and community participation, including transport to appointments and activities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, being at least 18, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Weekend availability is required.

For more than 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Hourly Rate: $18 per hour

We are searching for PRN Direct Support Professionals to workin our residential programs located in Riverton, UT.

• This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits
• Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities and other outings
• Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
• Ability to lift 50lbs
